Tell us a little about your dream photo shoot, so that we can get started on creating something that's perfect for you. We'll talk through all the details in your planning call, but this will give us some guidance which direction to head.

LEGAL TERMS
I take privacy very seriously, and as a parent myself I completely understand if you wish to have photographs of your children remain private. At the same time though, I would love to be able use some of my favourite photographs from your session in my portfolio and marketing materials, and to show off your beautiful children on social media. I will never use a photograph that you aren’t comfortable being made public or in a way that you don’t want it shown, so please talk to me during your design consultation or at any stage during our planning process and let me know how you feel. I do need you to sign the copyright and model release below, but please be assured that you can exclude specific photographs from this release after you see them at your design consultation, or exclude specific uses of the photographs. (You can complete a written form during your consultation.) I will always respect your wishes and make sure that you feel comfortable with how the photographs we create are being used.

Ruby Red Photography retains the copyright in all photographs taken pursuant to this commission, whether or not the studio is paid or is to be for taking them. This means that no prints or copies may be made without the studio’s permission or a specific print release agreement. A client who engages someone other than the studio to make prints or copies without appropriate authority will be liable for damages pursuant to the Copyright Act 1994, as also will be the person who makes the unauthorised prints or copies. Pursuant to the Copyright Act 1994, I hereby assign Ruby Red Photography, all intellectual property rights associated with the photographs, digital files and reprints as commissioned by me.
Model Release

I hereby give to Ruby Red Photography the right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me and my dependents, made through any and all media known for illustration, art, promotion or advertising. I relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used. I understand that this will only apply to photographs shown during my purchasing appointment, and that I may complete a written agreement during said appointment to request for specified photos to remain private.
