Photo shoot timing *

I want a true newborn photo shoot when my baby is as tiny as possible (5-10 days old is ideal)

Copyright *

Ruby Red Photography retains the copyright in all photographs taken pursuant to this commission, whether or not the studio is paid or is to be for taking them. This means that no prints or copies may be made without the studio’s permission or a specific print release agreement. A client who engages someone other than the studio to make prints or copies without appropriate authority will be liable for damages pursuant to the Copyright Act 1994, as also will be the person who makes the unauthorised prints or copies. Pursuant to the Copyright Act 1994, I hereby assign Ruby Red Photography, all intellectual property rights associated with the photographs, digital files and reprints as commissioned by me.

Model Release *

I hereby give to Ruby Red Photography the right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me and my dependents, made through any and all media known for illustration, art, promotion or advertising. I relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used. I understand that this will only apply to photographs shown during my purchasing appointment, and that I may complete a written agreement during said appointment to request for specified photos to remain private.
